About Me

Dr Ione Lewis

I am a mental health social worker with over 30 years’ experience in working with adults and children. I provide evidence-based therapy to help people understand their relational patterns and create positive change in their lives.

I am trained in relational psychotherapy, which I integrate with active strategies such as EMDR to help people effectively regulate and resolve their trauma symptoms. I tailor interventions to suit each person I work with.
